Order Terms

All custom orders require advance notice. Wedding cakes and large orders require at least 2 weeks notice. A deposit is required to secure your order date.

Payment

We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment is due upon pickup or delivery unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Delivery

Delivery fees apply based on location. We are not responsible for damages that occur after successful delivery and handoff to the customer.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
